Level 6 Wellness is a non-for-profit organization created for the specific goal of finding the best wellness solutions for high stress occupations. We partner with government, private, and public entities whose workforces operate in dangerous, taxing, and/or traumatic environments. Working with our partner leadership, we identify those problems and identify the suspected causes. Our programs are always improving due to the deployment of various scientific methods. We collect and digest relevant data, and then provide and alter programs based off the conclusions. Level 6 coordinates wellness programs using products and services provided by businesses and other non-profits in order to customize a wellness program specific to the needs of your workforce, and ultimately to contribute to the optimal positioning of your entity. Why only high-stress occupations? These professionals expose themselves to many of the causes of illness that afflict humankind. By working with this high risk special population, we can obtain the answers to protect them as well as the rest of us.
There are a lot of wellness apps and programs out there
For every workforce out there, there is a wellness application and program that fits best. Level 6 Wellness’ purpose is to connect that organization’s workforce with the correct product and services. There are many variables to consider when making these connections. Many organizations are driven by costs – either the upfront cost of instituting a wellness program, or the cost of a deteriorated workforce and rising insurance premiums. These economic variables do not lessen the importance of the human factors, but they are relevant because high costs and wasted resources hurt the organization’s functionality. These variables are interconnected and we will make a streamlined plan to target the needs of your workforce and get the right help to them while avoiding costly mistakes. We also monitor the effectiveness and make adjustments as needed. Level 6 uses data analytics and outcome measures to accelerate those correct connections. Our goal is to find solutions that equally benefit the employees and the employing entity.

Level 6 Wellness will work with all products or services that can provide wellness value to a organization’s workforce. We believe in this mission and we operate as lean as possible to ensure people get the right help and guidance. If your organization is having trouble funding the right solution, we will provide the support we have available to find a way to get it to you. This includes assisting with grants and soliciting donations.
There are many great coaches, programs and providers out there and we can help match you with the right ones. The creators of these products and services chose their professions to fulfill their purpose – but profit is what allows them to keep going. Level 6 understands that both purpose and profit are necessary ingredients to keep the right professionals in the right place to continue improving the wellness of others.
